1. General
These terms apply to all treatments and services performed by Anna’s Nail Bar. By booking an appointment, the client agrees to these terms. We work according to professional hygiene, safety and quality standards.

Clear information about treatments, cancellations, warranty and safety.
2. Liability
Anna’s Nail Bar is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete client information, work performed by the client, impact, tearing, pulling, biting, water or chemical contact, sport, heavy work or medical conditions. Liability applies only when damage was demonstrably caused directly during treatment.
3. Warranty
Gel polish, BIAB and acrylic treatments include a one-week warranty. Report concerns promptly. Warranty is void when nails were altered or removed by the client or elsewhere, the client does not attend assessment, handles nails roughly, or the complaint is medical.
4. Complaints
Report complaints promptly with photographs and, when required, an appointment at the salon. Liability can only be assessed after physical inspection; photographs or messages alone are insufficient.
5. Medical concerns
Swelling, infection, pus or abscesses are always referred to a doctor. Liability requires an official medical statement explicitly identifying the cause.
6. Hygiene and safety
We use professional materials and disinfect tools according to guidelines. Allergies and sensitivities must be disclosed beforehand. Clients are responsible for advised aftercare.
7. Appointments and cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full. Late arrival can result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.
8. Conduct
We treat everyone respectfully and expect the same. Abuse, threats, manipulation or aggression can end contact, future treatment and warranty, and may be reported to police.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled confidentially. Complaints may be documented internally to protect both client and salon.
10. Final provisions
Anna’s Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse clients. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
