General Terms and Conditions

Read the terms and conditions of Anna’s Nail Bar. Clear information about appointments, cancellations, hygiene, liability and privacy, so you know exactly what to expect during your treatment.

1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all treatments and services performed by Anna’s Nail Bar.

1.2. By making an appointment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

1.3. Anna’s Nail Bar operates according to professional hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

2. Liability

2.1. Anna’s Nail Bar is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

2.2. We are not responsible for complaints resulting from:

work performed by the client themselves

bumping, tearing, pulling, or biting

contact with water, chemicals, or cleaning agents

sports, hobbies, or heavy work

medical conditions such as eczema, nail-biting, infections, allergies, or medication use

2.3. Liability applies only if it can be proven that the damage was directly caused by an error made during the treatment.

3. Warranty Policy

3.1. Gel nails, BIAB, and acrylic nails include a 1-week warranty after the treatment date.

3.2. The client must report any other concerns as soon as possible.

3.3. After 1 week, the warranty expires because the cause of damage can no longer be reliably determined.

3.4. Warranty is always void if:

the client has cut, filed, pulled, or removed the nails themselves

the nails have been altered or treated elsewhere

the client does not show up for assessment

the nail has already been removed before the studio has seen it

the client has handled the nails incorrectly or roughly

the complaint is medical in nature (infections, inflammation, etc.)

4. Complaint Procedure

4.1. Complaints must be reported as soon as possible, including photos and (if necessary) an appointment at the salon.

4.2. Complaints can only be assessed after a physical inspection in the salon.

4.3. Photos or messages alone are never sufficient to determine liability.

4.4. If the client does not show up for assessment, the complaint is automatically void.

5. Medical Complaints & Doctor’s Statements

5.1. Medical issues (swelling, pus, infections, abscesses, etc.) are always referred to the general practitioner.

5.2. For liability, an official medical statement is required in which the doctor explicitly states the cause.

5.3. Without a clear and explicit medical cause statement, our insurance will not handle any claim.

6. Hygiene & Safety

6.1. The studio uses only professional materials and tools, disinfected according to guidelines.

6.2. The client must inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.

6.3. The client is responsible for aftercare according to the provided instructions.

7. Appointments & Cancellations

7.1. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

7.2. In case of no-shows or late cancellations, the full treatment fee may be charged.

7.3. If the client arrives late, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1. We treat everyone with respect and expect the same from our clients.

8.2. Swearing, threatening, manipulation, or aggressive behaviour will result in:

termination of contact

refusal of further treatment

exclusion from warranty

potential police involvement in cases of repeated misconduct

9. Privacy

9.1. Personal data is treated confidentially.

9.2. Complaints are documented internally to protect both the client and the studio.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Anna’s Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse clients.

10.2. By making an appointment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
